Instead of the usual turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce, voila.......we have this.....
Tandoor free range chicken roasted in a rotisserie oven.
Instead of stuffing, we have biryani cooked with chicken stock and coconut milk, garnished with pine nuts, walnuts and cashews. Topped off with shallots fried in ghee.
The starter is methu vadai and sambar soup.
